Litsong Bangus

I have not tried this recipe yet; pork is usually used for this kind of recipe. Although, this is basically very similar to grilled, I think this recipe would be just as delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
1 piece milkfish (regular sized)
1 medium sized onion
3 pieces medium sized tomatoes
banana leaves
salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. Clean milkfish but don't remove the scales.
2. Open the back side of the fish and remove the intestines.
3. Season with salt and stuff it with finely minced tomatoes and onions.
4. Wrap the stuffed fish with banana leaves and secure the ends.
5. Grill until done. Serve while hot.
For dipping, mix soy sauce and calamansi juice.
