BANANA CHIPS

Ingredients:

20-pieces unripe bananas, pared and sliced fine
1-cup sugar and 1/3-tsp. Salt
Cooking oil, enough for deep fat frying


Procedure:
1. To 3 cups sliced bananas, add 3 tablespoons of the sugar and salt mixture.
2. Mix well and fry in deep hot oil until golden brown.
3. Cool and separate sticking pieces.
4. Or fry banana chips first, then quickly drop briefly in thick syrup.
