Make Money with Twitter?!

Yup, I stumbled upon a website which says that I can make money with my Twitter account. Well, I checked it out and it seems like the system Link Bucks is using (if you're familiar with it) every time some one clicks on certain ad or link within your RevTwt account, they credit that to your account. Payment is through Paypal.
