VEGGIE PASTA CHEESE SOUP
INGREDIENTS
1 onion, sliced
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 stalk celery
1 medium carrot, diced
50g DEL MONTE Salad Macaroni
1 (250g) pouch DEL MONTE Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
1/3 cup evaporated milk
150g Baguio pechay, diced
¼ cup grated cheese
PROCEDURE
- Boil 3 ¼ cups water with onion, bouillon cube, celery, and half of the carrot. Simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Mash the vegetables.
- Add DEL MONTE Macaroni, DEL MONTE Spaghetti Sauce, remaining carrot, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add milk, pechay and cheese. Simmer for 2 more minutes. Makes 5 servings.
