ADOBONG PUSIT (SQUID)
Ingredients:
½-kilo squids (medium-sized)
5-cloves garlic
1-small onion, sliced
½-cup vinegar
2-tablespoons cooking oil
Salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste
2-large tomatoes, sliced
Procedure:
1. Wash and clean the squids very well.
2. Put them in a saucepan (not aluminum) with the vinegar, garlic, pepper, salt or soy sauce and water
3. Cover and cook slowly until squids are tender.
4. Drain. Separate the garlic and fry until brown.
5. Add the sliced onion, and then add tomatoes.
6. Add squids and continue to cook a few minutes.
7. Add the broth in which the squids have been cooked. Bring to a boil.
