Steamed Tilapia

If anyone have tried steaming a tilapia, this one is my own version of it.In this recipe, I prefer to use the medium sized tilapia.
You will need:
Ingredients:
1 medium sized tilapia, scales removed.
3 pcs. calamansi,
1/2 tablespoon rock salt
1 tablespoon ginger
1/4 cup onions
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 pc laurel leaves

The procedure is simple, combine all the ingredients stuff half of it in the fish and put half of it over the fish and wrap it with banana leaves or aluminum foil, or Glad wrap. Cook only for about 10 minutes. Start counting the time of cooking when the water is already boiling.

Great for this is soy sauce and add a little spice to it with siling labuyo. You may want also to enjoy it with chopped tomatoes, calamansi, ground black pepper, and patis or fish sauce.
