Leche Flan
leche flan ingredients
1 can condensed milk 300ml
8 egg yolks
lemon or calamondin rind
sugar
Caramelize sugar then pour in baking tray. Tilt here and there until all surfaces covered in caramel. Spinkle rind in. Set aside.
Mix condensed milk and egg yolks taking care not to create any bubbles. Pour mixture into baking try. Cover top with aluminum foil. Steam until solid. About 20min. When finished turn pan upside down.
